The plain-English version: we collect what's needed to sort repairs, we never sell it, and you can ask for it or ask us to delete it at any time.

ManageNest ("we", "us", "our") provides a property maintenance and repairs coordination platform connecting landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Depending on your role on the platform, we collect:

To sort repairs. Passing the right details between tenant, contractor and landlord so a job gets reported, quoted, approved and fixed.
To keep you informed. Texts and emails about jobs, approvals and certificate renewals. These are service messages, not marketing.
To keep records straight. A full history of each job, so every report, quote and invoice is there when you look.
To run and improve the service. Understanding how repairs flow through the platform so we can make it faster and more reliable.
To meet legal obligations. Tax, accounting and safety records we're required to keep.
4. Who we share it with
Only the people needed to get a repair done, and the services that run the platform:
Contractors get the job details, property address and access notes for a booked job.
Landlords see reports, quotes and job history for their own properties.
Service providers that run our SMS, email, hosting and analytics, under contracts that limit what they can do with it.
Authorities, only where the law requires it.
We never sell your data, and we make nothing from sharing it. Nobody gets it except the people fixing your repair and the services that keep the lights on.
5. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after it closes. Job records and invoices are kept for 6 years to meet legal and tax obligations. Message history tied to a job is kept with the job. Ask us to delete sooner and we will, unless the law says we must keep it.

Fix anything that's wrong or out of date.
Delete it
Ask us to erase your data where the law allows.
Take it with you
Get your data in a portable format.
Object or restrict
Limit how we use it in certain situations.
Withdraw consent
Where we rely on consent, change your mind any time.

7. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
